How do I register for a account?

To register an account on, click Create An Account at the top right of any page on the website. Complete the registration form and its required fields.

Once registered, you'll receive a registration acknowledgement at the email address you provided. Your account will be reviewed by our customer service team and you'll be notified when your account is approved for online ordering.

How do I login to

To login to, click sign in at the top right of any page on the website. Enter the username and password you created during account registration and click the Sign In button. Once logged in, you'll be redirected to the My Account page.

Do I need to have a dental or medical license to order from

SAS requires that all customers have an active, on-file dental or medical license to be approved for an account.

How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking the Sign In link at the top right of any page on our website. Then, click the Forgot Password link under the sign in area. Complete the form and we'll email you a link to reset your password.

What if I forget my username?

If you forget your username, you can retrieve it by providing your email address in the Forgot Username form.

If you are still having trouble accessing your username, please contact our customer service team at 800.624.5926 or chatting with our team by clicking the chat icon in the lower right of any page on our site.

How long does it take to get my account approved?

If you are a new customer, account approval typically takes 24 hours. This excludes holidays and weekends. If you are an existing SAS customer, approval usually only takes a few hours after submitting the proper information.

Can I order any product after registering?

Once you have registered on and provided licensure information, you can purchase all supplies, equipment, and non-controlled pharmaceuticals. To purchase controlled pharmaceuticals, you'll need to provide a valid DEA certificate during registration for the address on file. Please note, Schedule II pharmaceuticals cannot be ordered via Schedule II items must be purchased via a DEA Form 222 or the Controlled Substance Ordering System (CSOS), also known as e222.

Can SAS accounts have more than one user?

You may have more than one account associated with your SAS account number. Each user will need her own username and password. When registering, simply provide your SAS account number, and we'll make sure you're set up properly.

Can I have multiple shipping addresses on my account?

Yes. We know that practices may have multiple locations and large organizations can have tens and hundreds of locations. accounts can be associated with any, or all, of your practice’s shipping addresses. Has SAS received my order?

Receiving an order number confirms that your order has been entered in our system. During checkout, you'll receive the order number on the order confirmation page, and shortly after, you'll receive an email notification. You can also check your order status at any time on the Order History page.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We have different shipping options available. 99% of orders are received within 1-2 business days. The shipping methods we offer at Southern Anesthesia and Surgical are ground (no cost), two day, and next day shipping.

Can I track my order?

You may track your order on the order history page. SAS will also email you with any shipment updates throughout the order process.

What are the different available shipping options?

We have three shipping methods: Ground, 2Day, and Next Day Shipping.

Will you ship to multiple locations?

At this time, SAS is unable to ship items from an order to multiple locations. Each order may have only one recipient address.

How do I change my shipping address?

What is SAS's shipping process?

  1. Picking - After you place your order we look at the ticket, location, item and quantity. We then hand select your items and prepare them for the packing phase
  2. Quality Check - Our quality check step ensures all your products are correct and that everything is in order before sending your order to the packing phase.
  3. Packing - We pick out the appropriate box and add packing material. Your product is then scanned, labeled and ready for shipping.
  4. Shipping - Your order is then placed with care on our trucks and on its way. Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please check our map for more information.

Does SAS offer international shipping?

Currently, SAS only ships to the Contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Do you offer free shipping?

Ground shipping is included with every order. There will be an order handling fee of $6.95 for each order placed. Additional fees that may apply are minimum order fee, hazardous material and refrigerated product fees, excessive weight fee, and express shipping charges (for 2 day or next day shipping).

How much does SASrx shipping cost?

Ground shipping is included with any order. All orders will come with an order fee of $6.95. 2 day shipping and same day shipping will have additional fees.

What delivery method is used when shipping an order?

We currently only use UPS when shipping to our customers.

What is e222 and do I need to enroll?

The Federal DEA has created the Controlled Substance Ordering System or CSOS to allow registrants to place orders for Class II narcotics electronically without the use of manual paperwork. The benefits are no more 222 forms returned/voided due to errors, faster transaction times that allow for same day shipment, reduced amount of paperwork to complete and retain on file, and quicker response to backorders and shortages.

Do I need to have an e222 registration to order from

An e222 registration is NOT required to order supplies, non-controlled pharmaceuticals, and Schedule III-V controlled pharmaceuticals from You need to have e222 enrollment for schedule II controlled substances but can still have an account without one. Please note that you will still need to have a medical or dental license to order from
